Mrs. Nellie Tucker, age 79, of 220 S. Green St., Crawfordsville, died Sunday, Dec 29 at Culver Hospital, Crawfordsville. She had been a patient there with a broken hip since Nov. 11.
Born near Fincastle, Oct. 4, 1884, she was the daughter of William and Mary Clodfelter Webster.
She married Eugene Tucker. Both Mr. and Mrs. Tucker were former residents of Russellville where they operated a general merchandise store several years. Mrs. Tucker was a member of the First Christian Church.
Survivors include the husband and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at the Hunt & Son Funeral Home in Crawfordsville, Tuesday afternoon. The Rev. Howard P. Miller officiated. Burial was in Hebron Cemetery south of Russellville.

Nellie Tucker, 79, Dies In Hospital
Mrs. Nellie Tucker, 220 S. Green St., died at 5 p. m. Sunday in Culver Hospital where she had been a patient since Nov. 11 when she sustained a broken hip.
She was born Oct. 4, 1884 near Fincastle, daughter of William W. and Mary Clodfelter Webster. She was married to Eugene W. Tucker, who survives.
Her only other survivors are nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Tucker was a member of the First Christian Church.
Funeral services are announced for 2 p. m. Tuesday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home here with Rev. Howard F. Miller officiating. Interment will be in Hebron Cemetery near Russellville. Friends may pay their respects at the funeral home after 5 p. m. Monday.
